i saw a lifted Wrangler with a handicap plate.  I just couldnt figure that out.  the handicap spaces are to make life easier for people but the lift would only make things more difficult...

yep, still holds true, it would be much more difficult to climb into a lifted vehicle, especially with one arm. On top of that, they probably dont need a handicap card to park as close as possible if they are missing an arm. Sure I guess they are handicapped, but i would think that would be more for people with mo bility issues.
